6 and a Half Years Later

And it still feels like we met yesterday. If you aren't familiar with our relationship (which honestly can be either a good thing or bad thing) but Rady and I met a little over 6 years ago and as cheesy as it sounds, we've been in love ever since. We've hit several milestones in the past few years; job changes, promotions, graduating college, traveling the world. And without doubt, we've been through the rough times together too. And we've been through the happy times.

To be honest with you, I don't know how much I'll share. If you've followed me through the years, you might have noticed that when it comes to my private life (ie. family and Rady) I like to keep it private. As much as I love to Snapchat and Facebook, and share pretty photos on Instagram, privacy has always been something VERY important to me. Isn't it strange? A Marketing Graduate and Blogger talking about the joy of keeping her life private? I don't know, I think it's weird, maybe even hypocritical, but hey... it is what it is.

The act of oversharing can have serious repercussions. And if you know me on a personal level, you know the number one thing I'll ALWAYS protect, is my family. Rady is my family and he's my greatest love. Likes on Instagram or taking a pretty picture for Facebook (or my blog) don't mean more to me than our weekly date nights or pizza nights.

For the section on this blog I want to share with you guys as much of the wedding process as I can.

Wedding Venues

Budget

Invitations

Guest List

Honeymoon

Dress Shopping

Wedding Party

Bridal Showers

And all the chaos in between

Rady still doesn't really get the blog thing and it's one of the sweetest part of our relationship. Before starting this section, I asked him if he was OK with me sharing more of our wedding planning process, and maybe some of the chaos we go through, and he was more than happy to say yes. He knows who he's marrying, but I think a part of me still wanted to make sure he was aware of what I'd be sharing.  You know, keep the lines of communication open. <3

In the meanwhile, I'd love to share some old photos of Rady and I.. cause you know... We've haven't ALWAYS been about the fab life.. LOL. I look at some of these old PhotoBooth pics, and omgggg we just look so young. And just get ready, there are some funnier pics coming your way in future blog posts.

I hope you guys enjoy this journey with me. I honestly don't know what to expect (obvs I've never been married before lol) but I hope you stick around for the ride!

And who wants to bet on Bibi becoming a Bridezilla?  I mean I think I'll keep my cool, but I KNOW ME...

thank you for reading, catch you on the next one! XOXO
